Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches or periods of unusually high demand.

Shipping destinations and rates
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is $15 USD. Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders of $60 USD or more after discounts and before taxes.

Estimated delivery
Estimated transit time is approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking and addresses
When tracking is available, it will be sent with the shipping confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Duties and import taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated window, please contact us through the Contact page with your order details so we can assist.
